Temperature Sensor USB SUGU-T

The SUGU-T USB Temperature Sensor measures thermal changes and automatically generates temperature–time graphs through its dedicated web application (USB Temperature Sensor SUGU-T). Simply connect it to a PC via USB — the same 1 m cable provides both power and data transfer, and the included web application displays real-time graphs of measurement data directly on your PC.

A detachable stainless steel sheath (Ø4 × 155 mm) protects the sensing element for probe measurements; remove the sheath when measuring surface temperature or ambient air temperature. The sensor can also operate as a stand-alone device when connected to any USB power source, even without the application — readings show on the on-board LCD.

How to Use

1.   Connect the 1 m USB cable to your PC (Windows 11 or ChromeOS), or to any USB power source for stand-alone use.

2.   Choose your configuration: keep the stainless steel sheath fitted for probe measurements, or remove it to measure surface or ambient air temperature.

3.   Position the sensor at the measurement point, keeping within the −40 to +125 °C measuring range.

4.   Read the live value on the LCD (0.1 °C resolution, 10 Hz refresh).

5.   For logging, open the USB Temperature Sensor SUGU-T web application on the connected PC — temperature data is graphed against time automatically, in real time.

6.   After use, refit the sheath and store the sensor in a clean, dry place.
