Yes, you can make purchases at our warehouse. Please note we do not accept cash. Payment must be made by EFT/Bank Transfer, PayPal or instore EFTPOS. You are requested to pre-arrange a time with us.

Yes, we can accommodate your request for an outside hour visit. Please call or email us to make an appointment. 

 What if you receive a damaged product?

We do take necessary care during packing a fragile product. However, for peace of mind, please make your purchase with insurance offered at checkout. Please note customer must send us an email within 24 hours of the product being delivered, with the image/photo of the broken item, packaging, and a shipping label that can be seen clearly. We will process your claim within 24 hours for the refund/replacement of the insured product.

Do we ship orders to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

NO, WE DO NOT SHIP ORDERS TO P.O. BOXES OR PARCEL LOCKERS.

Yes, we do undertake customised laboratory glassware orders & Bulk orders.

      No, we do not accept return/exchange or refund requests for any Stock procured, ordered, imported, brought in or manufactured at the specific request of the purchaser (known as Indent Stock or Special and or Bulk items) cannot be cancelled and are not returnable for credit.

We can only ensure that the order will be dispatched as soon as possible, but we are not able to guarantee that an order will be delivered by a particular date.  Once the order leaves our warehouse, it will be in the hands of couriers and postal services. However, you can request us for an express post at an extra cost.

Yes, the Local Pickup option is available for free of charge. However, for pickup up you must pre-arrange a time with us.
