Operating Instructions
Maximum surface temperature of heating element: 360°C
1. Power ON — the indicator lamp will illuminate to confirm power is active.
2. Rotate the control knob clockwise to increase heating intensity.
3. The indicator lamp will cycle in sync with the heating element during operation.
Important Notes
First use: Initial operation will cause smoke and odour for up to one hour as the element coating dissipates. Always operate in a well-ventilated area on first use.
Standards: Unit is non-adjustable in size. Electrics are manufactured and tested in Australia to comply with applicable standards.
Safety Warnings
⚠ ELECTRICAL SAFETY
▸ Never touch the woven fibreglass with power applied to the heating element.
▸ Do not use a heating mantle with an exposed heating element — risk of electric shock.
▸ Regular inspection of the woven fibreglass insulation is strongly recommended.
