Delivery Processing Policy:

Order Processing Time-Frame:

  • All available products that are currently in stock will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days from the time the order is received.

Backorder Notification:

  • If any of the ordered products are currently out of stock and on backorder, customers will be notified via email. The email will include information about the expected time frame for the backordered items to be restocked and dispatched.

Communication Regarding Backorders:

  • Customers will receive timely updates and communication regarding the status of backordered items. This may include estimated restocking dates and any relevant information to keep customers informed about the progress of their order.

Expedited Processing for Available Items:

  • Any products that are currently in stock will be processed promptly to ensure swift dispatch within the 2-business day time frame.

Exceptional Cases:

  • In exceptional cases where unforeseen circumstances may cause delays beyond the standard 2-business day processing time, customers will be notified promptly, and efforts will be made to resolve the situation satisfactorily.

Order Tracking:

  • Customers will be provided with tracking information once their order has been dispatched. This allows them to monitor the delivery progress and estimated delivery date.

  • The order processing time frame and backorder notification may be subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to customers through email or other appropriate channels.

Free Shipping:

  • Free shipping is available on most orders over $150*(excluding GST) to anywhere in Australia.
  • Suppose your order is above $150* and falls into the category of bulky goods (products/orders that weigh more than 10kg or are considered bulky/volumetric). In that case, the freight charge will be based on the rates provided by Australia Post.
  • The free shipping policy does not apply to Remote/Rural areas, and shipping charges will apply to all orders in these areas.

Shipping Charges for Bulky Goods:

  • If your order is above $150* and is in the category of bulky goods, the freight charge will be determined by Australia Post rates.
  • Bulky goods are defined as products/orders that weigh more than 10kg or are considered bulky (volumetric) packaging.

Shipping Charges for Remote/Rural Areas:

  • Free shipping does not apply to Remote/Rural areas, and shipping charges will be applied to all orders in these regions.
  • Shipping charges/surcharges for Remote/Rural areas will generally be calculated during the checkout process. However, in rare cases, customers may be contacted if an additional charge is applicable.

Orders under $150* (Ex GST):

  • Orders under $150 (excluding GST) will incur shipping costs, which will be displayed during the checkout process after entering your postcode.

Delivery Timeframe:

  • We strive to ship orders quickly and efficiently. However, we do not accept liability for re-delivery, non-delivery, or late delivery under any circumstances.

Returned Parcels:

  • If a parcel is returned to the sender for any reason, re-shipping charges will be invoiced to the customer for that particular order.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping on Purchase Orders: For any Purchase Order raised, standard shipping costs, including transit insurance ($23.95 ex GST), will be applied to orders under 10kg of Volumetric/Actual Weight. If the order exceeds 10kg in volumetric/actual weight, the customer will be invoiced for excessive weight shipping charges before the order is dispatched.

Pick-Up Charges: No charges apply for local pickup. If you choose to personally pick up your order from our warehouse, please pre-arrange the appointment.

Additional Charges for Large or Fragile Items: In certain cases, we may need to apply a shipping surcharge to large or fragile items, especially for deliveries to remote or non-urban locations. If applicable, you will be contacted by our team for confirmation of the additional charge. If, for any reason, you decide to cancel the order after it has been Picked and Packed, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied.

Note Regarding P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers: Please be aware that we do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

International Shipping (Outside Australia): The Free Shipping policy does not apply to international orders. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the items' weight and postcode by Australia Post.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. We recommend contacting local customs authorities for information on potential charges.
