Please be aware that we do not accommodate exchanges due to the buyer's change of mind; however, a faulty product or item is backed by our 30-day return policy which allows you to receive store credit or a refund. Science Equip must be notified within 24 hours of receipt if any product or item is damaged. If notification is made within 24 hours, an exchange or swap can be made for a new item or product. Claims made after 24 hours cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for return freight charges, and a restocking fee of 20% of the product value may apply.
Please keep in mind that goods returns are limited by law, and custom orders cannot be returned. Additionally, if items are returned damaged, additional fees may apply. We're here to help and want to ensure that you have a positive experience with our products.
We do not accept return/exchange or refund requests for any Stock procured, ordered, imported, brought in, or manufactured at the specific request of the purchaser (known as Indent Stock or Special and or Bulk items) cannot be cancelled and are not returnable for credit.
Please Note: Kindly be aware that in case you have bought an item that necessitates an End Users Declaration, submitting the required documents is mandatory before dispatching or delivering the product. If you don't provide the necessary documentation, you won't be able to get a refund.
If any merchandise is damaged or missing, please submit a claim within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted. To process the claim, please send 3-4 full photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, even if a return is initiated. Additionally, customized orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Please note that our health and hygiene policy does not allow for refunds or returns on personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety products such as gloves, gowns, and face masks.
