Powered by a 9V battery or 240/12V.AC plug pak, with a "Lo Batt" indicator and 4 LED light sources covering the red, yellow, green, and blue bands of the spectrum. The microprocessor handles calibration, range changes, and LED control. The instrument has a 10-minute automatic shut off feature to conserve battery life.
