The Inclinometer Simple Type in Plastic Housing is a compact and efficient tool for measuring angles of inclination. The design includes a pivoting scale and an eye-piece on one end, with a small hole on the other end. By positioning the small hole over the target reference point, the observer can measure the angle of inclination.
When viewing, hold the housing vertically and press the button to release the swinging scale. It will hang vertically. Then release the button to clamp the scale in its angular position. The new measurement in degrees can be read through a window on the side of the instrument.
