The Steam Tray Powder Coated Steel is designed for classroom use to examine soil erosion. By manipulating sand and soil on the tray's surface, simulated hills and valleys can be created to study the effects of water, such as river formation and erosion. The tray also allows for observation of sedimentation at river mouths and the creation of deltas.
