Polaroid Filters, available in Pairs and Single Sheets, are specialized optical filters that use polarization to selectively allow certain orientations of light waves to pass through, while blocking others.

These polaroid filters can be utilized as squares or can be cut into different shapes or strips, making them versatile for a wide range of experiments. In the aligned position, the transmission rate is 80%, but when misaligned at 90o, the transmission drops significantly to 0.2%.
