BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand) Bottles are made to measure the amount of oxygen consumed by microorganisms when decomposing organic matter in water.

BOD bottles feature a flared mouth to form a water seal to prevent the ingress of air during incubation. Comes with interchangeable stoppers that have a tapered bottom, working as extra prevention of air entrapment. These bottles are made from BOROSILICATE 3.3 glass with a penny head stopper.
